Day 1: Nairobi - Samburu

Samburu National Reserve is a Kenyan less visited Game Reserve and is situated within the Rift Valley. The Reserve Measures approximately 104sq. Km (approx. 65sq. miles) in size, this fenced Savannah grassland is roughly 350km (217 miles) from Nairobi. It is relatively small in size compared to other Kenyan parks, such as Tsavo but it has more to offer as well as several endangered species. Pick up at 0630am after early breakfast from your hotel or guest house, drive to the rich agricultural area of Mount Kenya region via the famous Pineapple leading company Delmonte, you will also have an opportunity to cross the equator just before you arrive in Famous Nanyuki town for the mountain climbers. Lunch will be in Ibis hotel Nanyuki as well as short stop over in Nanyuki Nakumatt Shopping mall. After lunch transverse to Isiolo town via Ashers post to arrive in Samburu in the afternoon. Upon arrival check in the Camp and there after proceed for the game drive which will bring you to the elephant bedroom tower. The game drive will run for about 3 hours and there after you will return to the camp or Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Samburu Safari Full Day

The whole day will be spent exploring this amazing game reserve, it gives you the refreshment of your mind as the park is not populated and not many people visits here, we have concentration of the Its home to the big five, Elephant, Lion, Rhino, Leopard, Buffalo, Gerenuk, Reticulated Giraffe, Somali Ostrich, Gravy Zebra, Besia Oryx, Endangered Wild Dog as well as Pun cake Tortoise - Endangered. There are over 450 species of birds identified and aquatic species in the Waso Nyiro River including, vultures, kingfishers, marabous, bateleurs, guinea fowl, Somali ostriches and others. The whole day will be spent exploring the park for the whole day game drive. Dinner and overnight in The Camp or Lodge.

Day 3: Samburu - Lake Nakuru

Morning drive south towards Lake Nakuru National Park. Lunch at Nakuru before proceeding for an afternoon game drive in the Park. This is a shallow soda lake which inhabits more than a million flamingoes. The Lake Nakuru National Park also has a Rhino sanctuary. Other animals to be seen here are lion, buffalo, waterbuck, warthhog and hippo. Dinner and overnight at a camp at the Park.Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara

After breakfast leave for Masai Mara Game Reserve, arriving in time for lunch. After lunch proceed for an afternoon game drive in the game reserve which is Kenya's finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Although July, August and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there is also resident wildlife year round. The famous Masai tribesmen live within the dispersal area of the game reserve. Dinner and overnight at Mara Lodge or Tented Camp.

Day 5: Masai Mara full day

On this day you will wake up at 0600hrs have your full breakfast, then our cook will have prepared for you fresh packed food since the whole day will be spent in exploring this amazing game reserve which has become the world 7th wonders. This day will take you all the way to the Mara River where the great migration normally takes place where you will witness millions of wildebeest cross the Crocodile invested river, you will also have an opportunity to take the photo at the border between Masai Mara and Serengeti since both reserves share the common border. Spent the whole day in search of the Big Five. Then after exploring the reserve start driving back to the camp for dinner and overnight in the Camp.

Day 6: Masai Mara Full Day Game Drive Experience

Early breakfast followed by a full day of game drives within the reserve. The Masai Mara is famous for its lions, elephants, leopard, rhino and buffalo that make the 'big five' though luck is essential for spotting the other two namely which are rather shy and elusive. The park's animal concentration and abundance is second to none. We will cater for a picnic lunch at the hippo pool where with luck you may spot crocodiles basking on the rocks. Numerous plains game including antelopes, wildebeest, zebra, Masai giraffe can be seen as well as scavengers like hyena and vulture. Rest of meals and overnight at the camp.

Day 7: Masai Mara Morning Game Viewing - Nairobi

Wake up call at 0600am, have a cup of hot coffee or African tea, proceed for early morning game drive, the early morning Game safari offers you golden opportunity for early morning big 5 kills, African Jungle Male Lions are spotted along the trails as well as other Kenya big 5 including the documented the Big Cat Documentary, Lion, Leopard & Black Rhinos if lucky. The Kenya Trails Game viewing takes about 2-3 hours then return to the Camp or Lodge for full breakfast. After the breakfast check out and for those who will be willing to visit the famous Masai Village our driver will organize for you. You will be entertained with Masai Moran dance as well as the visit of the Manyatta. Inside the Manyatta take as many photos as you can as a memory of Africa Cultural visit. There after proceed back to Nairobi with a stop over in Narok Town for Hot Lunch as you leave for Nairobi arriving early afternoon where you will be dropped either back to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) or back to the Nairobi Hotel of your choice.
