A 4-day safari from $2345
Embark on an exciting 4-day lodge safari from Mwanza to Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s most famous wildlife destinations. This safari offers extended game drives across the vast Serengeti plains, providing excellent opportunities to witness the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino) and the Great Migration (seasonal).
Drive on a tarmac road from Mwanza to Ndabaka gate.
Explore the Western corridor zone, observing masses of residents in their natural Habitats.
Get chance to pass at Grumeti River and Retima Hippo pool where Hippos and giant Nile crocodiles can be found in abundance.
Further to Seronera area where these animals can be seen as you search for them, Leopard, Prides of Lion, Packs of Spotted Hyenas, the fleetest Cheetahs, and many plain animals like Buffaloes, Topi, Hartebeest, Wildebeest, Waterbucks, Elands, zebras, Gazelles, warthogs, just to name a few, and numerous number of Birds, more than 100 species can be observed in a day. Evening continue to the Tented Camp for dinner and a good night

After breakfast, enjoy a full day game drive in the Serengeti National Park. The area around Lobo and the Grumeti River has good resident game throughout the year.
We will do a game drive en-route from the Lobo area to the Wagakuria area.
Resident wildlife numbers are exceptionally high in the Wagakuria area, with prides of lion up to 30 strong, however from August to October the area turns into a wildlife paradise. The key feature is the Mara River and it is not uncommon to see the herds cross the Mara River north on one day and then back south a few days later. Please take note – to actually finding a crossing is very difficult and is sometimes a matter of luck. A herd can be seen next to river and only decide to cross or not cross until a couple of days later. This area is a stunning region with kopjes, woodland, riverine vegetation and open plains, similar to Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Reserve.
Afterwards, drive back to the Tented Camp for dinner and overnight.

The day may start with an early morning sunrise game drive (that is before breakfast), or you can take breakfast and then start the day game viewing. We are always flexible on that so that our clients can get what they expected on a safari. After lunch, prepare the journey back to Mwanza while enjoying en route game drives. Arrive in Mwanza in the evening.
